4.2 Cooperation

Clients agree to:

• Designate appropriate personnel for project coordination
• Comply with safety protocols for on-site work

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

3. Arbitration: Final resolution through Estonian arbitration
